In the construction industry, should a developer wish to proceed with a scheme, such as demolish an old building and build houses or warehousing, in fact any type of structure, they will by law, need to have an asbestos survey carried out, they will also need the services of a CDM Co-ordinator, they will possibly need a Party Wall Surveyor, depending on how close any neighbouring properties are. In addition, they may have the need for Induction Training for their staff and quite possibly a Health and Safety check on their procedures and those they may be employing.

Historically, they would have approached three or more companies to arrange these functions to ensure they had/are complying with the law. russellandco can now undertake all those functions, a type of “one stop shop”.
